New Love Vs. "Love"

Okay. This is my personal, here’s the deal.  I was watching My Wife and Kids, and in this episode Michael's (Damon Wayans) wife, Janet Marie "Jay" Kyle (Gina from Martin) was jealous because there son was displaying the "All-American Gentleman" act towards his wife in that episode. The outcome of the episode was the Michael explains to Jay how their son was just going through the new love phase. He also explained how much he love her and how it was all just an act. Michael also explained how they didn't need to do all that to illustrate the love in that extreme manner. I can honestly agree. I think before anyone becomes lover, in a relationship, and etc.; there should be a friendship established and not just off physical attraction. At the end of the day, a relationship is more than just sex.... well at least a meaningful one. I was told by someone I was shooting wisdom with that Something that is not natural is not easy therefore not worth having i.e. a natural connect to someone (meeting someone and talking like you knew that person all your life).

So back to the "New Love" deal.... New love is all a front and sounds like a staged play or act. I can honestly say that I know I'm not the most romantic person in the world, for that fact I really don't think I'm good at mushy romantic antics at all. HOWEVER my acts of compassion are true and genuine.  True love is seeing your significant other at there worst and going on to say "I love you Baby Girl although you hair looks like a porcupine and you have crusty eyes...lol". Look at it this way each person you involve yourself with has the potential to be with you for the long haul. My definition of love is my girl telling me her opinions on things, NOT IN A CONTROLLING MANNER.... Lets not get that confused because at the end of the day that is who, why, how, and what I do things for...and her opinion matters most... and the feeling should be mutual with all respects to feelings... Before you commence a relationship (in any form) get to know that person and if your going to do the New Love act be sure to keep that up throughout the relationship with that person. The worst thing someone can do is put up the front and once they got that person they act like their true selves and then comes the…. EPIC FAIL!...lol! So do like the man say do and “be yourself and act natural” and you’ll be fine…. So lesson for today Kids is that “true love” is like Entropy… In which random is easy and New Love is not….. Being that you had to act a certain way which takes away from you being you…. Love, Peace, think Good Thoughts and God Bless.
